Religions without Borders is a Non-Governmental organization founded after September 11th, 2001. Its prime mission and objective is to build bridges using both various faith approaches and conflict resolution processes as a principal track, or "platform" to improve relations between people, communities, and nations and advance the growth of:
  • Conflict prevention and management
  • Social progress, especially in education, co-existence and tolerance.
  • Multi-ethnic societies
  • Democratic governance and the rule of law
  • Economic growth and development
  • Private-public NGO sector cooperation.

It comprises people of many cultures, nations, beliefs and backgrounds who are committed to transforming society through building bridges of hope, faith and trust.

Currently Religions without Borders has programs in Ex Yugoslavia, Uganda and Nepal. A process is under way to initiate programs in Southern Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia and yemen.

The organization is financed by individual gifts and by foundations, and for certain specific programmes, by institutional grants.
